Pastor Richard W. Beatty founded Abundant Life Church in March of 1980. The church held its first service in a rented office building with seventeen people in attendance. From that humble beginning, the church has grown into a congregation of more than 2,000 and is impacting lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ at home and around the world.
We are greatly honored by your presence and we want to serve you in any way that will spiritually enrich your life. The growth of this church has been due to the commitment we have made to reach out to the individual needs of the people who worship here.
According to Webster’s Dictionary, church is “a building for public worship…a body of believers.” At Abundant Life, we believe church is more than a building – it is a place to call home. Here one will find family, security, encouragement, direction, vision, and freedom – the freedom to be all that Jesus Christ has called us to be in Him through the study of His Word, through worship in His Presence, and through fellowship with His people. At Abundant Life Church, we exalt one Savior, Jesus Christ. We proclaim one message, His Gospel. We purpose to demonstrate one goal, His love to the communities we represent and to the world.
